Depending on how much luggage you have and how fit you are, it's within walking distance from the airport. Around 30 mins and 2 km. If you don't want to do that you could take a taxi or an uber. The hotel itself doesn't offer a shuttle service. Rooms are clean and comfy. I'd recommend including the breakfast option, it offers a good selection of breads, meats, fruits, yoghurt, drinks etc. and for 12 euros it's a good value. You can take an Uber to the city center quickly, it will cost you around 20 euros.

It is easy to get to the hotel via taxi and bus from the airport, From the hotel to city centre is easy ti get via bus and subway. The breakfast was very nice , everything well made and variety available. The hotel allows pets, and my pet where safe and secure in the rooms as I asked not to be disturbed Room are clean, and the staff is super friendly and willing always to accommodate your necessities . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

We picked this hotel for its location close to the airport as we only needed a night after a long flight to Madrid. The reception area was crowded, but the check-in was efficient, and we were soon in our room. It was a typical Ibis compact room, a slightly bigger bathroom, very clean and perfect for our one night. Friendly and helpful staff.. This is a pet friendly hotel. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Lots of parking close to the hotel. Breakfast was good as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I arrived around midnight after a long day of travel, and checking in was absolutely seamless — no issues at all. From the moment I arrived, Rafael and Ahmad went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a good night's rest. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, it was a fantastic stay thanks to the great service, cozy accommodations, and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was located within only a few minutes of the airport, yet there was no noise from planes overhead. It was quick to check-in and check out. They have an arrivals/departure screen in the lobby for flights and a weighing matching for luggage (must pay for it) and lockers. Breakfast was a great selection and was of good quality. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom/shower was excellent, with good gel, shampoo, etc. Also there were lots of little restaurants nearby open till late where you could eat, including a little newsagent where you could buy water and gum etc.

I was pleasantly surprised that rooms interior looked so nice and relaxing. Bathroom had everything I needed. Pizza in downstairs restaurants was amazing, staff very nice, welcoming. Amazing stay for one night to catch an early flight.

Convenient for the airport, short Metro ride then a few mins walk. Very clean and I think recently renovated. Staff cheerful and very helpful. Beds comfortable and room quiet. Excellent breakfast - plenty of choice, and for once hotel toasters that produce quality toast in quick time! Fresh fruit salad was excellent. Also great choice of all normal breakfast items from around Europe.

overall the hotel is good. but there is a suggestion in the restaurant. maybe they wash the cutlery with a machine so sometimes there is still food left on the plates and spoons and it is not very clean

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and shower. Very good breakfast with nice variety of food. Very close to the airport, but couldn’t go there walking - spent 5 minutes on a taxi though.

On this trip I stayed in Ibis Hotels in both Bilbao and Madrid. The Madrid stay was my second having stayed here last after walking the Camino Frances. I enjoyed staying here as I did last year, 5 minutes taxi to the airport , clean and comfortable as always, great breakfast buffet, convenient to anything you need. The staff is top notch and exceedingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I’m in Madrid again, I’ll stay here again.
